Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Return
  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Find your order and click "Return Item"
  4. Select the item(s) to return
  5. Choose your reason for return
Step 2: Ship the Item
  1. Print the prepaid return label
  2. Package the item securely
  3. Attach the return label
  4. Drop off at any post office
  5. Keep your tracking receipt
Free Returns: We provide free return shipping labels for most items. Some oversized items may have return shipping fees.

Refund Methods
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit for faster processing
  • Gift Cards: Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as store credit

Exchanges

Size & Color Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Select "Exchange" instead of "Return"
  • Choose your preferred size/color
  • We'll ship the new item once we receive the original
Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or refund
  • No need to return the defective item in most cases

Special Circumstances

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and item
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We'll file a claim with the carrier
  • Replacement or refund will be processed immediately
